AIU Online Examinations Portal

Some courses at AIU may require students to submit a Term Paper, Research Paper, Take-Home Examination, Project Report, or other written assessment in lieu of a traditional sit-in examination. These assessments are submitted electronically through the AIU Exams Online Portal (Moodle).

Students are required to:

• Access the submission link through the Exams Online Portal using the appropriate course page;
• Carefully review the assessment instructions, submission requirements, and deadlines provided by the lecturer;
• Prepare and upload their completed work in the required format (e.g., PDF, Word document, or other specified format);
• Verify that the correct file has been uploaded before final submission;
• Retain a copy of the submitted work for their records.

Important Submission Guidelines

• Submissions must be made on or before the stated deadline. Late submissions may attract penalties in accordance with University policies and lecturer instructions.
• Students are responsible for ensuring that uploaded files are complete, readable, and contain the correct content.
• Once submitted, students should confirm that their submission status is reflected in Moodle.
• All submitted work must be the student's original effort and must comply with AIU's Academic Integrity Policy.
